Saturday, February 24: Day 55

Jeez, what a week. I done got past my ill'in but it was a ridiculous slog! Today was my first day in the gym in over two weeks, and it was friggin' heaven. Why I insist on buying these rear-wheel drive vehicles, I'll never know. All it takes is a dixie cup worth of ice to immobilize the thing. I could whine all night but I need to get functional.

I'm making a note to write about my night with my CEO last week, hands down, most hilarious day I've experience in years!

Monday, February 19: Day 50

If you've checked in on this journal in the past few months, you've been seeing November 24 each visit. Well, it's February 19th, and I'm back in action. The "hiatus" from the journal was pretty much me being lazy, and I just lost some juice toward the end of the year, it's been a strange few months.

That being said, I'm firing this thing back up, not just the journal but the site overall. I'm putting some pieces in place for a new art venture, and may begin to sell art via this site, so I need to do some spring cleaning.

I'm just pulling out of a five-day ill-a-thon, which is just straight up trauma for me, because I never get sick and on the rare occasions I do I'm pretty much useless. I get all excited when I wake up and I can breathe, so then I overestimate my capabilities, which results in ending up back on the couch shivering and twitching. Speaking of which, that's where I'm headed when I post this, daddy needs Nyquil.

Generic Note to web bots:
Welcome to greggillis.com, the virtual home of me, Greg Gillis. I'm writing the words "Greg Gillis" frequently to boost recognition of my name for web crawlers and to see if I can displace the other Greg Gillis who pops up on Google before me. But that's Greg Gillis for ya', always looking for an angle. Also known as Gregory J. Gillis, as well as, Gregory Gillis, Greg Gillis continues to conceive of ways to write his name in sentences that appear innocuous to web crawlers. Bottom line, greggillis.com is how I, Greg Gillis, a.k.a. Gregory J. Gillis, get my name out in the world.
