Goal Driven Outcomes for 2010...
New Years Eve, December 31, 2009
This past year was dedicated to the identification of my "major definite purpose", this next year to it's achievement. I'll embellish this page a bit over the next few days, but for now here are my goals.
Goals
Short term (beginning now)
- Work out minimum 1 hour 5 days a week
- Create a schedule for every day of the week, track daily goals daily, monitor schedule compliance once a week
- Journal minimum of five days a week – observing ego device to stay on track
Long term (beginning now)
- Lose 50 lbs by September 1, 2010 – tracking target 5 lbs per month
- Complete Black Nouveau and submit manuscript to a minimum of 1 publisher by October – tracking target is 2500 words per week.
- Dedicate a minimum of 1 evening per week to step outside of my comfort zone, and do something new
